when i write this dump it starts and shuts down before it was working there was no image

No, there is an image in safe mode because the driver is disabled, but when normal windows starts, the screen remains black and blank after the logo. I can't get an external hdmi image. There is an image when the driver is disabled. The driver was downloaded from hp support site, I downloaded it from intel dedtek site and tried it, the result is the same...

Since the external video card is problematic, I did the um operation. I just installed the intel video card driver, and the screen goes black, the black screen remains, when I turn it on and off, windows starts, then when I open it in safe mode, the black screen appears.
