Re: Philips 47pfl6877h/12
So for what I can see you are having problem there are two problems:
Error 15:Indicates that the main
processor was not able to read his bootscript. This error will
point to a hardware problem around the Fusion (supplies
not OK, Fusion device completely dead, link between Mips
and Stand-by Processor broken, etc...)
Other root causes for this error can be due to hardware
problems regarding the DDR’s and the bootscript reading
from the Fusion device.
Error 53:This error will indicate...Last edited by rickou; 04-04-2017, 02:50 PM.

Re: attempt to clone LED TV Backlight Tester
I know what you are saying but when running this test I have 0.01A that is passing in the circuit is harmless, it is exactly the same principle as the light bulb in series to test power supply or any circuit that has a short.

Re: attempt to clone LED TV Backlight Tester
I can test only one led or more led's there is no problem. I don't need to see the polarity cause I'm applying AC voltage and this voltage will be rectified directly by the same leds that I'm testing. So I'm having half wave in the led thats why is irrelevant the polarity. The only thing is that the led will blin will blink 50times a sec here I live is 230v 50Hz but I can barely see this. I will post some pics if you want.

Re: attempt to clone LED TV Backlight Tester
So I will tell how I test my LED strip from TV all strip at once without any tester. I have a old outlet cable that I took from a radio and I have cut and put 10kohm/2w resistor in series then I make one probe, in the other able i only have put one probe.
When I need to test LED from a TV I put the cable in a 230V outlet and test directly the strip not even have bother in see the plus and minus..
Here you have the most cheap, free of electronic waste, and reliable I use this for more then 4 years now :l...

Re: hard repair from HR-DVS1EU smps
I just replace the ic5101 and now it works but I don't understand why. This IC was the last thing that I think that was the problem. I only replaced the IC and the ripple was gone. Can't understand how this is possible because the old IC worked fine if I use a external power supply like I said in post 11. How can a circuit make ripple?? Find time I had a problem like this. Thanks to all that have tried to help.Last edited by rickou; 03-31-2017, 10:50 AM.

Re: Toshiba 42rv530u psu, keeps blowing fuse resistor
So have you try put a lamp ohmic +-100w in série with your phase that supply for your PS if the lamp goes on and stay on you have a short, let on for a couple of minute s and look for what is getting hot. If nothing get hot check the snubber circuit.

Re: Philips 42PFP5532D/12 power supply overvoltage
What color is the front led when it blinks?
Blinks fast or slow or both?Last edited by rickou; 03-29-2017, 02:49 PM.
