Would you guys recommending buying the Y-main and X-main and seeing whether that works?

I was recently handed down a 42" RCA Plasma TV - model 42PA30RQ.

Bad storm caused the power to go out, and since then the TV has had [B]no picture but the sound still works[/B].

[B]Clicks multiple times when turning on[/B], and clicks once when turning off.

Took off back cover and:[LIST][*]Disconnected the Y-sustain board - still clicks when turning on / no picture.[*]Disconnected the X-sustain board - still clicks when turning on / no picture.[*]All capacitors look good - no bulging. Don't see any burned or damaged components.[/LIST]
