Polaroid Plasma Troubleshooting
Hi everyone, been piddling on LCD TVs for a while and decided to dive into a plasma. Picked it up for $45 polaroid pla 4248 don't know any history on it. When powered on it turns on and the screen flips out red and some green if you are changing channels if it left alone on one channel it is a white screen with a few lines going horizontal. I would assume a buffer board is a causig the lines but I do believe there is more involved. All of the boards have cool heatsinks except the one on the y sustain board it gets warm while the others are cool. I wonder if it is something wrong with the y sustain...
