Re: HP 650 G1 (Your machine is not in committed state)
It's fine that you removed password I didn't need it. I understand and I'm glad that there is a way to fix "Machine is not in committed state" without going to "authorized" service station otherwise it would be such a pain in the a**. Thank you once again, you basically helped me give life back to this laptop. I don't even understand how previous user bricked it. I mean CMOS battery was at 2.5 V maybe that's the cause, who knows.

Re: HP 650 G1 (Your machine is not in committed state)
Thank you for your help. But now I'm back again at the white screen with listed missing items:
Product name
Product serial number
Product SKU
Product family
CT number
Before white screen I have a message manufacture mode set on 2 out of 10
EDIT:
Ignore written above. Using MPM tool for HP, like earlier, I manually entered all asked data
and now there's no more error's and laptop is working.

HP 650 G1 (Your machine is not in committed state)
I have HP 650 G1 which was bricked.
Bricked file is attached: backup.zip
Using CH431A I was successful in flashing .bin that I have found here on forum
(file attached PROBOOK 650G1.zip)
But the problem was that there was error message:
Your machine is not in committed state
After that white screen with listed items:
Product name
Product serial number
Product SKU
Product family
CT number
Using MPM tool I was able to add all of the listed items (Can't say I'm sure that I did...
