In other vizio posts, you disconnect the main board and externally give the remote on/off pin on the power supply 3.3v to test the board by itself. This should give you 12v,18v, & 24v respectively.

Yes the contraption is another ceramic fuse. I just threw it in there for testing because no one around here had the solder in fuses. I do believe that they fluctuate voltages with the clicking sound....

Hello guys. I have a vizio M3d650sv that was in a house struck by lightning. The tv logo will not light up. Hitting the power button does nothing. I checked the standby voltage and there is 5volts going to the main board. I have checked diodes, resistors, and some capacitors. I also put 3.3v on the remote pin and get 12v, 18v, and 24v on the other pins. However, at the lower part of the board, i hear a faint clicking aound every couple of seconds. As long as that is normal, then i assume the issue is in the main board. I am lost at what to do next. I cannot find any schematics. The power supply...
