Re: Samsung UE46C6005 only clicking
Hi again - trying to wake up this project, haven´t had so much time for it until now... I still have problem with the PSU and it seems as it is the back-light part that gives me trouble. I have measured the voltages (S-GND as ref) and on Vdrv there´s 128V, on CNL801 there´s 340V on pin 1&5, on pin 4&8 0V. Driver Vcc is 14V. What makes me confuse is that on Q407&411´s drain the voltage is running from 100-1000V up and down as crazy, gate and source 0V... Anyone got an idea what to look for? Thanks in advance.

Pioneer VSX-827
Hi all!
Having problem with my receiver, most things are working except that I get no HDMI-signal out... Have been searching on the net but found nothing, not even a schematic for it. I had a Onkyo before that had bad capacitors, easy fix and now I hoped for something similar but haven´t found anything about it. The HDMI-board is named ANP7814-4. Anyone have any idea about what to do?

Re: How to get Win 7 on FAT32?
Thanks for all help but now I have almost given up this idea with CF-card (new Sandisk Ultra)... I have tried both ImageX and WinToUsb on another PC with Win7 and Usb to CF converter and everything is OK but when putting in CF in the industrial PC it doesn't boot. I've tried with Hirens Boot Usb and installed XP - everything OK but doesn't boot... tried with Win 7,8,10 by booting up from a CD/DVD-player I converted to Usb - works OK but doesn't boot. When I say it does´t boot I mean that the PC starts up and tells that it doesn't find any boot disk....

Re: How to get Win 7 on FAT32?
OK, now I got the CF-card and tried to install Win7 on it but with no luck. I did diskpart as described, that worked but Windows doesn't find any disk. When looking in BIOS the CF-card is listed as an ATA-disk hdd, also when looking in diskpart it is listed as ATA-disk but installation doesn't find it. Any idea what to do?

Re: How to get Win 7 on FAT32?
That one I haven't seen before being done in installation phase so I must ask where in the installation I should do this? Will definitely try this when I get the CF-card....

Re: How to get Win 7 on FAT32?
Well, I could but I haven't got a bootable CD left in the house - even tried the web but all .iso I got wasn't bootable (according to Rufus)... I tried different combinations last days with no luck, came so far with Win 7 that I got to choose HDD but there is no HDD and it doesn't accept USB-disks as installation media so now I run out of ideas... could of course use Linux but the software I want to use is Windows only....

How to get Win 7 on FAT32?
Hi all. Have some problem with a pc I got, it's an industrial PC. It's based on a Intel Atom Z510, problem is the BIOS who only accept FAT32... I've seen them running on Win 7 but how? Tried to install Win 7 but it demands NTFS... to make thing worse, there's no SATA - only SD, CF and USB connections. Anyone got an idea? Could use Win XP also but I have no bootable CD disk left and then there is the problem with authentication nowadays.

Re: Samsung UE46C6005 only clicking
I looked at the PSU, just went in and did some measuring like DRIVER_VCC is 12v Vdrv is varying up and down... when measuring in driver block there seems to be no voltage at all (backlight circuit). Any ideas?

Re: Samsung UE46C6005 only clicking
OK, now I have connected the pull-up resistors - no clicking. As I can see I should have power on 1,4,5 and 8 at CNL801 but there I have a reading of 0.2 to 2.1 v (jumping up and down). On the other connector it looks like that the readings is OK. So I guess it seems to be something wrong with the backlight... is it "just to fix" the PSU or is there a reason (other than heat extinction) to why it broke down that I have to check up? I tried to connect back MB without backlight and then the clicking started again... is it because it...Last edited by Stanem; 09-18-2016, 07:58 AM.

Re: Samsung UE46C6005 only clicking
Where and what resistance should I use?
By the way, do you know what SW4110 on MB is for? Just out of curiosity......

Re: Samsung UE46C6005 only clicking
Tried to resolder, no change - still clicking.
The part I don´t really get is how to measure CN801 when PSU is by it self - is backlight on as soon as there is main power present? Don´t I have to activate in some way, I mean is the backlight always on even if the TV is in standby? Anyway, I did measure CN801 with only main power cord connected and there is no DVC present.

Re: Samsung UE46C6005 only clicking
I put the pictures as attachment - don´t know how to do else... not my best pictures but in evening it´s problematic with the light but I hope you can see.
Obviously I wasn´t clear with my decription - if I remove the cable between MB and T-board (PSU) it happens nothing when applying main power, no clicking, no power (on connector to MB),no backlight, no nothing at all......

Re: Samsung UE46C6005 only clicking
If I remove the cable nothing happens when I apply main power and the connector to mainboard is powerless.
