if I remove any cable the tv is dead nothing happens my mate just noticed this around and beside these parts....

now that sounds good but I don't know what parts are working the repair shop said its the screen that's gone wrong.

yeah that's what I think, Panasonic offered the TX58DX750b it was take it or leave it didn't have much of a choice its better than nothing, I don't know what to do with the other one it doesn't work looks like a trip to the skips.

yeah vinceroger69 the tv will not switch on just shuts down been trying the sequence in post 15 and nothing.

I thought that Panasonic televisions had them to identify where the problem stems from, can find the blink codes for plasma but not LCD ,for plasma 1 blink means STV 5v sense DG Board I don't know what it means its all a bit confusing.

it happened Saturday took it into the repair shop Monday they phoned today saying its the screen?? still cant find out what the one blink code means on the LCD tv.

I have a cheap multi meter that I used for tracing wires in my shogun but wouldn't know where to start in a television, I got a shock from the back of a television years ago from the bit that's like a suction cup.

No worries a bit of banter is healthy,I don't have a clue about electronics so any help is appreciated and I certainly don't want to be conned by a repair company that's only interested in getting the set for parts.

(sorry I'm a new to this)the television is 2 years old and just would not switch on, I tried several times using the power button on the side the led light would flash green the picture would come on for about a second then switch off the led light blinks red once every 3 seconds the television is in a repair shop they phoned me today and just told me it was the screen and it cant be replaced.

hi everyone my television(2 years old) will not switch on, it powers up then just switches off, the power/standby light flashes once every 3-4 seconds I have taken it to a repair shop and have been told that the screen is the problem and it can't be fixed does anyone know if that's right hopefully someone on this site can help.

Hi everyone I have the Panasonic viera tx 55 as802b the tv will not switch on from standby the standby light is also blinking once every 3-4 seconds I put it into a repair shop who have told me the sceen is knackered I have searched for what the blink code means but to be honest I don't have a clue, hopefully someone on this site will be able to help thanx.
