TGL : turn on then hung on light without display (no dell logo)

dell are saying that error message : 6 white 3 orange means :
flash corruption detected by SBIOS .
i dont know what means SBIOS , is it the secondary bios 16mb ?
we know that MBIOS means main bios 32mb

Hello everyone
i have received dell latitude 5420 11th (GDF40 LA-K491P REV 2.0) , coming from other shop .the original issue was 8FC8 lock .
unfortunately the technician who worked on have not read the old dump correctly , so the saved file could not be opened on FIT and gives error message .
now the laptop dont give display with this file . and with many other dumps downloaded it gives display but hung on dell logo with 6 white 3 orange light on power led .
i will upload both 32mb corrupted , 32mb hung on dell and 16mb...Leave a comment:

Hello everyone ,
I have vertyanov programmer . It work fine , but i have an issue with programming io , when i use an io from an other board .
In my country , we cannot buy online new io clean .
So we use io from faulty motherboard .
After soldring the io , checked all pins are ok using microscope , the programmer cannot communicate and identify the io .
For exemple , problem with asus x540ub and this issue is common with all asus motherboard , when i try to program the io inline , using io from faulty motherboard .
Are there any trick to solve this... -

i have received this hp from a client .
at first , the laptop is working fine , he just need to unlock the bios
he took it to an other shop , thez flashed the bios with wrong file .
now the laptop power on for 10 sec then off , without display .
unfortunately i dont have the old dump .
anyway to rebuild a correct dump
