I tried ordering a replacement board, but the backlight would go black after two seconds. I tried Fixing it and somewhere I stopped getting voltage from the board at all. The fuses are fine. It seems the eight-pin regulator chip isn't running. Is there a way to check the FET it's connected to or if the chip is running?

Hey, I've a Samsung P2570HD that's got a bad problem. Attached is a video of what it's doing. When I replaced the caps it kept doing this but not as bad. Is there anything I'm missing? I'll try and take the transformer off to see if the coils are bad.... -
