Hello, I'm new to the forum because I'm researching the best way to troubleshoot my LG 60PV450 tv. The trouble started after the back grill of the TV was vacuumed. I now have horizontal bands where the image gets distorted across the top and across the bottom. It'm more visible when fewer colors are present on the screen, almost disappears when the image has many colors. I've tried reseating cables with no effect. Also, I tried disconnecting/reconnecting the buffer board cables and noticed that when I had 5 or fewer connected, there were no picture issues (didn't matter which 5) but as soon as...
