I removed D15 and check the side the same issue on other side has 3.3v and other side has 0.5v. i dont have oscilloscopeLeave a comment:

on pin 31 of sio red probe to ground and black to pin 31 =0.752 and on D15 red probe to ground and black to pins on the side with 3.3v measure 0.457 and on the no voltage side measured 2.10ohmsLeave a comment:

U10 pin 19 VCC1=3.3V
PIN 102=3.3V
pin 31 =0v
pin 26=0v
PU3
PIN23=3.3V

I have acer one d270 , the problem is cannot power on, all voltages present, there is 3.3v on power button , on grey coil near to pu3 ther 3.3v and 5v and also bios chip pins have 3.3v.already tried flashing the bios still the same issue pressing power button nothing happens, anyone please help on this please -
