After i Disassembled twice used new carbon brushed and used your methode,its now fully working again.

I did the same but still nothing,cleaned commutator by hand with sandpaper P400,the carbon brush still produce a lot of sparking.
i think the rotor is shorted out.replacement?Leave a comment:

Hi.
I have a Blendtec ICB3 smoother that still give these overload error.
changed the brushed and cleaned the commutator but still that error.
could it be the speed sensor that is broken?if so where to find this.Leave a comment:
