it doesnt have 5v and the power switch button is not responding -

Do you have schamtic and board view of this the same model i have problem for this kind of model when i switch the power button it will light the led light indicator but after 5 seconds it will turn off i tried to flash the bios but nothing happens the board have complete voltages -
