Hey folks,

I picked up a Jetway fanless box for cheap recently, but it won't stay running more than 10-15 minutes. As far as I can tell it's an older rev. of this box - I don't have the external antenna jacks:

First thought was overheating but CPU temp wasn't really getting above 40C. There was a >0.5mm gap between the CPU die and heatsink, so now after shimming it the CPU stays around 25C on all cores and still...

Hey folks,

Obligatory introductory post... I've been around and used info from this forum for a while but never registered until now. I happened into repairing a Mac G4 power supply and this is one of the few places on the net that actually has good info (photos!) and people with the knowledge to troubleshoot. Vintage mac stuff is simpler and there's a bit more information out there already - not so much in the middle-aged to recent equipment.
