Hi rlee,
Hope you are still there. I also have a problem on the main board, but mine is Q21, maybe you could let me know what number is on Q21 by CN10 the connector for the display. As for Q1 the number on it is 7KWWH hope this helps....

Re: Westinghouse SK-19H210S trouble
Does anyone have a parts list for the main board p/n A190A5-A05-P-S6. I have problem Q21 close to CN10 (connector for the display cable) is burned up. I would like to replace it but don't know what it is, can anyone who has one of these TV's look at the board and tell me what the number is on Q21.
Thanks

Re: Xerox XR6-19Dw
Well it just goes to show you, don't trust anyone's work. I got this monitor from someone that had already recapped it. Turns out the problem was on the powersupply board. The 5V line was pulsing just a little, about .3 tens of a volt, and you guessed it, BAD CAP. Works great now.

Re: Issue with Westinghouse 19" LCD Monitor (large pics)
I have a problem with this TV on the other (main) board p/n A190A5-A05-P-S6. By the ribbon cable that goes to the display there is a transistor Q21 that has burned up. Could someone tell what the number on that transistor is, it would by nice if I could replace that transistor.
Thanks

Xerox XR6-19Dw
I have blinking blue light problem. Replaced caps. still same thing. After trouble shooting the power/supply board I found that it's not the trouble. I can make the thing work by substituting the 3V that comes from the video board to the p/s board that run the back lighting. I don't have a schematic and don't want sub. the voltage from some place. Any help on the monitor be nice, thanks.
