Attached are the photos of the TV boards.

The bottom right corner is where this business was made. There is a card with a small amount of rust so I take it this is the correct area.

However, upon a quick google search, it shows that is just the Wifi card for the TV so I disconnected this and the TV would still not power up. Indicating this is not where the problem lies.

As you can also see from the photos there's a strip which runs behind where this card is and I have no idea what that does or if...

The red standby light is on however it doesn't switch on from the remote or the buttons on the TV.

I have replaced the power board inside which is the Vestel 17ips72 and the same problem is there. I couldn't find a schematic though to actually test the board works so any help with what pins to measure against would be very helpful. I'm not sure what to replace and how to know when something is fried.

Bit of back story is the cat urinated on the corner and it hasn't worked since. The TV was only a month old when it happened too... brutal....

I'm an electrical engineering apprentice looking to fix my Tv and stumbled across this forum which seems like it's going to be quite helpful!

Always learning and testing myself so I cannot let anyone else repair this TV
