Re: medion MD31505 BE(vestel service mode) Distortion problem moving element
I have yet to test, I will. but if I put the image in "games" or "sport" mode I no longer have a problem, but all the graphics options are disabled to have a better screen response time, like on all TVs.
But on the other TVs I don't have the impression of having seen it's small distortion on the screen in cinema or other mode.

Yes of course, but the television works very well in 99% of the cases, but as written above, this occurs only when the image has sudden movement. Please note, I am using a beelink gt1 mini Android tv box with the AFRD program added for films in 24hz or 50hz or 60hz.

Re: medion MD31505 BE(vestel service mode) Distortion problem moving element
I received an update from tv yesterday, but the problem was already present before.
Do you think that if this update would have solved the problem, a factory restore would be advised so that the update is well implemented?

Re: medion MD31505 BE(vestel service mode) Distortion problem moving element
Thank you.
The dinamic contrast is on "light", I will test on "deactivate".
For the backlight settings I have nothing, just the one for the brightness which is set to 44.
Otherwise, I have a setting which is "micro dimming" and which is set to "low".

medion MD31505 BE(vestel service mode) Distortion problem moving element
I noticed a problem,
There is a distrtion around the moving elements due to the movement interpolation (soap opera effect) which is not very well managed.
my problem is not the soap effect which doesn't bother me at all, it's just this kind of pixel / distortion effect around moving objects or actors. I ask this question because I think it could be adjusted via a service menu or firmware.
I managed to access the service menu and I do not really see what to do to improve the thing.
I find it quite disappointing coming from a television from...

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Good morning all.
I as you can guess, I am brand new here but I quickly realized that you are really professional and passionate.
Otherwise, I'm just a tech-savvy guy looking to get the most out of these devices, and who knows, can also be brought to the forum.
I apologize in advance for my English but I am Belgian (French) and I use Google translation.
Thank you all and have a nice day.
