The way you have explained,it looks certain that the problem could be
with the Netflix Acount or issues do with the Netflix provider.

I have the Panasonic Th-75EX750M and Th-65EX750m and on both of them the Netflix app stopped working.I have tried to reset the app and restarted but nothing seems to work.
Any with some IT knowledge on how I could enable the Netflix to come back to life? -
