It was a physically damaged bios chip. Even after erasing it wasn't empty. I tested with different programmers. After changing to a new bios chip, the computer started working even with the original dump - booted up and completed the bios update. Thank you for your help.... -

Two elements heat up (over 70 ° C): U 51 - 6797d-m and U54 - gs7116s5.
I did not find any other problems, the system installed and tested under load. Where to look for a problem with high temperature?... -
