Hello guys!
TV: Toshiba 37RV633D
MAINBOARD: V28A000938A1 PE0719
PSU: SRV2169WW
The TV when plugged in turns on by itself - the power led shines green for a few seconds, then turns red and it stays that way (standby?). I noticed that CPU on the mainboard gets hot, so I replaced it with the same model from 32 inch TV. The situation changed - the led on the front panel shines green all the time, but the screen is black. I meassured voltages on PSU, P-SIG and P-LCD shows 0. Is this bad PSU?... -
