Any Idea for repair L13 Gen2 LAR-2 PD Charger Mosfet CSD87501L always Burned

Dear All

Anybody have experience to repair L13 Gen2 Board Number : LAR-2 PD charger problem?

I have one board the U4201 CSD87501L are burned and the 20V_VBUS_USB2 can't switch to 20V_VINT_IN, after replace this Mosfet it's still very HOT and just use few hours will burned again. i have repeat replace this Mosfet 3 times and all dead.

After that i try to shorted Mosfet Source 1 to Source 2 to bypass the 20V, and found the Control Gate 1 and Gate 2 voltage both are 20v same with 20V_VBUS_USB2.🤨

So did anybody know this case will need to replace...

Thank you Sir. This Bios image can boot up , but this Bios are Thinkbook 14 and all DMI part should be another notebook. If i change this image SN and MTM to use it still have Win 10 Key can't Active problem.

I have one 2nd hand Thinkbook 13s G2 ITL with broken display, after replace the LCD module it show password locked ,

Can someone please kindly help me to get back the password code or modify this BIOS Dump to clean the password.

S/N: R912D81K

BIOS: W25R256JV

Did anybody have that schematic and board view, since i have already flash the bios from this forum and no success.

I have one ideapad 5-14iil05 model 81YH, Board No: LA-J551P Rev:2B have system password Locked. I have read the BIOS 16M chip XM25QH128A to know the bios version is DSCN32WW.
Can i copy the DMI part from this Bin to a non locked new version bios bin file to Unlock this notebook ?

Please someone can help me this.

Sorry, Can anybody kindly share this schematics ? Since i have one the fan will full speed when power up and no display, maybe some voltage are missing. it's very hard to shoot without schematic.

I have a C340-14IWL MB LA-H082p without any 5V 3.3V output, and no any charger LED displayed. i think the maybe EC KB9022 not work. did anybody have work EC file can upload for me? Or please check my EC Dump is work or not.
