Re: Recuperator is not working
Desoldered both c1 and c2 they are both fine.
The empty tracks still read short, it means something further is short? Chip?

Re: Recuperator is not working
Why do C1 and C2 read short in circuit?...

Re: Recuperator is not working
it is in the range of the megaohms, values were the same in the bad and working pcbs, SH1 only differedLast edited by Awesomerp; 02-24-2023, 06:13 AM.

Re: Recuperator is not working
Also i have compared some value with the working pcb. And this zener "SH1"
shows 75kohm reading, while on the good pcb it is 6.4Mohms...

Re: Recuperator is not working
I can see only these 3 Zeners, I will check them after work...Last edited by Awesomerp; 02-24-2023, 02:24 AM.

Re: Recuperator is not working
Update
Both of the capacitors C2 and C1 read short in circuit with continuity measurement....

Re: Recuperator is not working
I am not really sure what it each part does but, talking about the device it is mounted half inside half outside it is supposed to bring fresh air and remove contaminated air from the apartament.
There is also a remote with which you control speed of the fan/motor. Can also turn on heat exchanger so it only pulls hot air from outside. And yeah there is a temperature/humidity sensor the blue square one. I assume it starts spinning the motors accordingly if it detects either.
On the 4 way screw comes 230 AC and 2 motor wires

Recuperator is not working
Hello, I have got a recuperator that is not working, the problem is in the pcb but I can not really determine in which part exactly.
I have an exact second one and these are the differences I found:
1.
Bad PCB's:
2 Triacs BTS136 read 0.245 across the diode junctions.
Good PCB's triacs read 0.588.
I did measure in circuit
The JST16A triac reads the same in both pcbs.
2.
Resistor which I marked as R1
Bad PCB's - 1.4kOhm
Good PCB's - 4.5kOhm
Could it have fried something because of that and how did the resistance...

Re: Sencor SVC7020BK robot vacuum cleaner problem
Could someone help me to identify what these codes mean below LM393 part.
"78K"
"D83D G4"
Maybe there is a website where I could find the datasheet of this exact one and see the specs of it to choose a similar one to buy.
Or is it enough to choose the same pin out and size one?...Last edited by Awesomerp; 10-01-2022, 10:15 AM.

Re: Sencor SVC7020BK robot vacuum cleaner problem
As I understand the main objective of IC4 is when the positive inputs are higher than negative inputs, to provide an output of whatever voltage is on a pin8 which(vcc+) and step it down with 100k resistor to 5V? And if the negative input is higher than positive the signal will go to Pin 4 ground?
But I don't really quite understand why there has to be 2 op amps in this comparator. Also do voltages of both of the outputs add up and then are being converted to 5V through a 100k resistor?...Last edited by Awesomerp; 09-27-2022, 06:25 AM.

Re: Sencor SVC7020BK robot vacuum cleaner problem
It still gets hot after replacing Q21, but thank you for all the knowledge and tips really appreciate it I will try to figure it out what's going on when i will have some spare time. At charging and why it stops driving.Last edited by Awesomerp; 09-26-2022, 02:21 PM.

Re: Sencor SVC7020BK robot vacuum cleaner problem
Well something with the charging circuit seems to be wrong too.
Left a battery to charge for an hour and now it is 16.3V instead of 14.4.
R72 got real hot.
The values of the resistors are good.
I suspect Q11 and Q12 surface mount transistors to be the culprits, will test them tomorrow.
What do you think?...Last edited by Awesomerp; 09-24-2022, 05:23 PM.

Re: Sencor SVC7020BK robot vacuum cleaner problem
Black probe on the ground and went through all the pins with the red one here's what i got. (picture)
Voltage was constant with load and when it stopped.
Only 8 pin changed a little:
Load - 13,05V
Stopped - 12,85V...Last edited by Awesomerp; 09-24-2022, 02:16 PM.
