Thanks for your answer. Now i've a problem. I can read chip but i can't program it. when i open CH341a program i have that information "Acess violation at adress 0097EA42. Read of adress 0097EA42".
In neoprogram doesn't work, program charsh during programmin process ...

I've a panasonic CF-19 MK5 with a password BIOS.
Here you are a Bios dump.
Can anyone please help me to clean that?
