Yes you r correct,it's 1.5V
Sorry for delay in replying.as you are saying PL29 GFX core should be present.
I have checked PQ44 & 43, were fine,PU15 area was corrosive,I have removed/cleaned/ replaced ,than slight change observed, (previously as told board turning off) now it doesn't turn off,but PCH is heating ,
Now what do u suspect to
Thanks...

Regarding your point 1&2
As told before power Amps reading starts at .62 ........ slowly goes to .91 Amp and shuts down
takes around 1 and half minutes...

Hi,
Update removed PL27 COIL, moved R550 to R549,still board has no display. Intel PCH still heating ,
I left it on for some time , after some time board turning off itself,
tried many times same situation, Amp reading same around 0.70
Thanks...

A small doubt .
moving R550 to R549
and removing PL27 coil,
is that enough .to turn off VGA CORE power .
not required to remove PU12,, PL12, or any thing else
Thanks...

Just an update, Thanks after replacing PU5 ,board started/ fan spinning .,
than noticed bench power amps showing more than 2.5 amps. it was due to 1 of the Ram was short,.
now board starting , consumes around 0.60 to 0 70 , with no display
again flashed few bios, tried few Ram ,CPU also, same situation . no display.
when connected keypad found CAPS LOCK blinking every 4 Seconds continually .
