Yeah I know this isn't an ideal scenario but do you feel it's a goner because of the amount of signals that are routed over to the gate drivers or due to a lack of documentation? I have nothing to lose at this point so I would definitely be willing to solder wires to complete the connections that were caused by that chip as long as I can figure out what are all the connections that go to it. I don't have much knowledge on the workings between the source drivers, gate drivers, and LCD panels and how they all interact. I'm continuing to browse the resources here to see if I can find that information...

Samsung 55" UN55JS9000 - Pink vertical lines due to chipped LCD panel?
Hello all, I was recently repairing my Samsung 55" UN55JS9000 tv from the common burnt backlight LED's and cracked light guide panel issue. After replacing the LED's and putting the TV back together, I tested the tv and all I was getting was sound but no image. Somewhere along the way (could be related to the next issue) the T-Con board became damaged and after replacing it I have made a little bit of progress but now have bright pink vertical lines and still no image.
The bigger issue .... I took the TV apart again and realized that I likely didn't sit the LCD panel correctly...

I was a recent victim to the burnt Samsung backlight LED's and LGP melt down.
TV Model is UN55JS9000
I had started noticing some image degradation for quite some time but it wasn't until most recently where about 75-80% of the screen was really dim. This led me to start looking online and noticed this was a common issue with these and similar models of Samsung TV's.
In the attached pictures you can see several examples showing bright spots on the TV, dark edges where the LED's had burnt out, and several pictures showing the burnt+cracked LGP along with the...
