My laptop is "bricked", there is no picture on LCD nor on HDMi device -- I can not event turn off the secure boot. Any further instructions how to reflash ?

BIOS of my L480 was updated, laptop was fully charged and adpater was connected. Now my L480 is dead, no picture at all and I get

I am thinking to reflash, downloaded the BIOS Update (Bootable CD) r0quj32wd.iso, wrote it to USB drive (FAT32). Tried several options to initiate flashing from USB but none of them worked (Fn + R while powering on)....
