Thank you, I can now access the bios. Was I anywhere close to fixing it myself with volume and padding replacements?

After the bad flash the computer powers on with no video output, after around 20 seconds it powers off and back on again and repeats this forever.

Using EUFITool v68 I extracted the entire bios region file from a working bios image (taken from an identical but working computer) and tried to replace as is using V28 - this failed.
I then tried replacing volumes with the bios region and non empty padding, this helped in as much as the computer would then recognise it had a corrupted bios...

Could someone help with this broken BIOS please? After a bad flash the computer does not respond to anything. I have tried copying padding and volumes from working computers to try to repair the BIOS myself but I can't seem to get it working.
Serial number is the filename, product number is: 123Q8EA#ABU HP 290 G3 SFF Business PC
