Is there no other way than to desolder the chip? Unfortunately I don't have the necessary equipment like the hot air soldering iron and the knowledge to do this....

You are right. Excuse my stupidity, I'm completely new to the subject.
I think I have found the right chip (winbond 25R256JVEQ).
I connected my ch341-programmer same way like the other chip and tried to detect the chip via neoprogrammer. Unfortunately I only get the message: “IC not responding”.
So unfortunately I am not able to read the BIOS from the chip.
Am I doing something wrong?
