done flashing eveytime i boot the device its said "system is booting in manufacturing ..... Program mode : 30" that number keeps descending every boot... -

hi everyone im new to this BIOS repair could someone help me fix my HP elitebook has a corrupted bios or so i think after i updated the bios this what happen.
Issue : upon turning onit has no display and fans starts to boost and capslock blinks 5 times

i assume chip 1 is the bios and chip 2 is the EC so i saved a backup...Leave a comment:
