Re: Dell 3008wfp faulty power supply

A few days back i turned on my Dell 3008wfp monitor and i got this nice image. I kept it on for like an hour and the image didn't change.



After reading most of the threads here all the issues point out that the capacitors/condisators are broken/weak.
But i cannot find any broken capacitors/condisators on the board or in the power supply. I have taken a few photo's.

What i do notice is that the signal input board has strange brown stuff on the back.

Do you guys have any idea whats...
