Found few bad components on primary side of the power supply board. 2xMosfet (Q6506,Q6505) MDF18N50B, ceramic fuse resistor (R6553) 0.1ohm 1J6 and a diode (D6505) marked A 3.??

Anyone know what diode is that? The forward bias voltage measured with DMM is about 0.13V..so I suspect this is partially damaged?...

I'm currently working on this Sony 65x9004A that have no display with a "4 blink" error code. If not mistaken, the error code mean LD board or panel fault. Sometime there are startup sound from the speaker, sometimes not. Initially I thought the LD board could be faulty, but after some troubleshooting I find that there is no voltage supply to the "VLED_VCC". I'm not sure how many volt should be on the "VLED_VCC"?

The "LD_ERR" go from 0 to 3.75V, Indicating the LD board fault? Also there this is "GL_CTRL" go...
