The EC don't have any security settings. If you have hdd password the most likely the hard drive is password protected or the bios has password set.
Anyway here is a new bios + EC . Don't worry if it's 6382p.. it should work.

NEVER start the notebook without the tps51125 or any other smps chip because you risk sending full 19V on the 5.5v and 3.3v rails ending in blown chips all over the board (same mistake i did) beacuse the gates from the controled mosfets will not be connected to anything.
first thing check for shorts on respective mosfets : u24, u25, u48 and u49.

the solder with what the usb's are soldered is lead-free and it requires more melting temp.
add new leaded solder to lower melting temp on the contacts with solder iron, and heat simultaneous with iron at MAX and ,if needed, heat gun with a small nozzle at ~200 .
