I took apart the sheild around it. Press each ribbon slightly. You sure its a tab bond insure. How can I tell if its a bad main board ???

Looks like its getting power. But the picture looks bad. Tried jiggling the cable to the top of the tv and on the board to the right. Just a little to see if it would do anything. Nothing. Thanks for your help... -
Vizio VX37L. Tv turns on no picture,no sounds.
Just got a vizio vx37l for $25 off someone off craigslist. Press the power button to turn it on. Front logo lights up. Backlights go out. Shows a white line and then screen goes black. But backlights are still on and tv won't turn off with remote or by power button.
Check power supply. Got all the right voltages from the power board. Read on here that this vx37L have bad main boards. But I don't whats bad on the board my self. Need help diagnose it. Oh yeah got 5 volts and 12 volts at the main board fuse. -
