What suction cups did you get? pictures? Thinking of getting some,I got a few 60" and a 55" curved that I have been stalling on in fear of crcking the screen.
Well,I'm not looking to reset to default. My problem is that this mainboard is from a 7505 LED model that I'm using in a 5505 CCFL model. If I could only flip the image I'd be golden ...
I got to this page (see pic) and it shows the current panel thats selected and then the options you have. I need the ccfl 55" option I'm guessing but I have no idea how to select that one. Pushing random buttons so far doesn't do more then getting me stuck in a color display loop thats almost impossible to get out of.
I thought I was smart and DL the software update for the 5505 but the 7505 caught on to that and didnt accept the update

Hello,
Tv on bench is a 55PFL5505D/F7 LCD
Donor tv is 55PFL7505D/F7 LED
Hdmi ports on mainboard fried, found this 7505 model with identical mainboard with cracked screen.
Swapped out the mainboard, now picture is upside down and mirrored.
062596+menu followed by diversity code should correct panel. Then 062598+info should get you into sam menu.
I don't have the info stickers on the panel that should show those codes.
Better yet, can't even get those menus to show up with the original remote.
Re: Samsung UN60EH600 UN55EH6000 Identical Problem
Did you watch the video I gave you the link too? In there he shows the voltages before and after repair. The t-con you bought is probably bad also as they are known to blow the little buck converter on them.
Slightly off topic but closely related, what's every bodies method of removing the panel safely? Got a few 60" and a 55" curved that need backlight work but I avoided them till now in fear of cracking the panel
I think your right, strips both sides. Now for both sides to go out in exact same spot would be a bit unlikely, unless they wired left and right sections in parallel.
Before you disassemble the panel,it might be wise to measure the led outputs first.
