Hi,

I have a new Asus Zenbook S16, Model UM5606. Unfortunately, the keyboard backlight is too bright, even on the lowest setting. I have explored several ways now:

- kindly ask Asus for an adjustment - they basically told me to STFU and get lost It is not possible, they say. Of course.
- tint the keycaps from behind - I have already tried that - it is kind of a last resort
- try to find out, how it is done, look at schematics - this is, where we are at.
- maybe get the BIOS modified somehow? This would be the best option but I do not know a lot about...

My Lenovo L13 Gen 2 was working perfectly until two days a when it refused to boot after previous used.

When I press the power button, the power led will lit and goes off immediately with the CPU fan concomitantly spinning for few seconds and then stop.

The reset button did not help to resolve the issue. I have also performed hard reset by:

1. Disconnected the battery
2. Unplug the adapter
3. Hold down the power button for 15sec. Then increased to 30sec, 45sec and finally to 1m.
4. Then plug the adapter.

Is it corrupt bios?​...

So i currently have asus tuf fx505dy laptop that is booting upto asus logo and then it is shows a blank screen (it should show windows) also i can get inside the recovery and advance startup but when it is trying to boot to windows it is always a blank screen with the backlight present. So i want help to fix my own laptop that i have been using for past 4 years and also started a journey with badcaps with this laptop only, i can do microsoldering and i hve the schematic and boardview for this laptop so please help to fix this.

I've got an Intel NUC8i5BEH which doesn't turn on.
On the mainboard there is a little LED "SATA_PWR STBY" which is on as soon as the power is plugged in.[LIST][*]But when I press the power button nothing happens - no fan spin and nothing on the screen (tried HDMI and USB-C).[*]On the power button also the LED dosen't show any activity.
